Why Novatek

More than outsourced capacity.

Anyone can sell you seats. The difficult part is handing over a piece of your operation and still recognising it as yours — the same standards, the same tone, the same accountability. That is the part Novatek is built for.

What we commit to

Eight things we will hold ourselves to.

Commitments about how we work, not claims about results we have not yet earned the right to publish.

Dedicated teams
Named people on your account only. You know who they are, and so do we.
Flexible scaling
Capacity planned in cohorts with ramp time, not promised as an instant switch.
Process discipline
Nothing runs before it is documented, and documentation stays current.
Transparent reporting
Agreed metrics, fixed cadence, and access to the data underneath the summary.
Technology integration
We work inside your systems, so your audit trail stays intact.
Quality management
Sampled reviews against a scorecard you helped write, with coaching attached.
Human-led service
Automation where it genuinely helps; trained people wherever judgement is needed.
Global delivery mindset
Built for international buyers, in the language and working style they expect.
One point of accountability

Four capabilities. One conversation.

The usual pattern is three vendors and one internal person spending their week translating between them. When something falls between two of them, it is your problem to solve.

Novatek delivers support, operations, technology and sales development under one delivery relationship. When a support pattern reveals a product defect, the same organisation that spotted it can fix it. When a process breaks, it does not become a dispute about whose scope it was.

What you get in writing before launch

  • A named delivery lead and named team members.
  • A written scope, including what is explicitly out of it.
  • Documented workflows, reviewed and signed off by you.
  • A quality scorecard you helped define.
  • Agreed metrics with baselines recorded before go-live.
  • A reporting cadence and the format of the pack.
  • Escalation paths with named owners and response targets.
  • An access model: who gets what, reviewed how often.
FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask

If the answer you need is not here, ask us directly — you will get a specific answer rather than a brochure.

That is the right question to ask, and the honest answer is that trust is earned in the first ninety days, not on a website. What we can commit to before then is specific: a named team, a written scope, agreed quality standards, weekly reporting on numbers you chose, and a delivery lead you can reach directly.

Launch time depends on team size, complexity, systems access and how much of your process is already documented. We commit to a dated plan at the Design stage — after we understand the work — rather than a headline number before we do.

Scaling plans are built into the engagement rather than improvised. Growth is planned in cohorts with ramp time, training capacity and quality thresholds attached, so adding people does not mean losing the standard.

Metrics are chosen at the Design stage from your existing measures, with baselines recorded before launch and targets agreed after a calibration period. You get the reporting pack and access to the underlying data.

Access is provisioned by you, scoped to role, reviewed periodically and revoked on exit. Teams work inside your systems rather than exporting data. Novatek makes no certification claim it has not earned — see Security & Quality for exactly where we stand.

Shift patterns are designed around your customers' hours. Coverage windows available for your engagement are confirmed at scoping.

Because four capabilities sit under one delivery relationship, so the handoffs between support, operations, technology and sales stop being your problem. And because we would rather publish fewer claims and stand behind all of them.
