This policy describes how the site and Novatek's processes actually work today.
1. Who we are
Novatek Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd ("Novatek", "we", "us") operates this website at https://www.novatek.com.pk. Our registered office is 18C Kamran Block, SA Gardens Phase II, Kala Shah Kaku, Punjab, Pakistan.

2. What information we collect
We collect only what you give us, plus limited technical information about how the site is used.
Business enquiries
When you submit the contact form we collect: your name, work email address, company name, company website, country, the service you are interested in, approximate team size, desired start timing, and the description of your challenge and any additional message.
Job applications
When you apply for a role we collect: your name, email address, phone number, city, the role you applied for, years of experience, your LinkedIn profile URL if provided, your CV, and any supporting information you write in the application.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics record information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring website.
3. How we use it
- Business enquiries are used to respond to you, assess whether we are a suitable partner, and manage any resulting commercial relationship.
- Job applications are used solely for recruitment: assessing your suitability, communicating with you about your application, and contacting you about future roles if you have consented.
- Technical information is used to understand how the site performs and to improve it.
We keep these two purposes separate. Information submitted through the careers application form is not used for sales or marketing, and business enquiry information is not used for recruitment.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where data protection law such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to our processing of your information, we rely on: your consent (given when you tick the consent box), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries about our services, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
5. How long we keep it
As a general principle we keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as we are required to by law.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, email provider, form delivery service and any applicant tracking system — and only to the extent needed to provide that service.
7. International transfers
Novatek is based in Pakistan. If you are contacting us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in Pakistan, and potentially in other countries where our service providers operate.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent.

9. Security
We apply access controls, staff confidentiality obligations and role-scoped permissions to information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim any security certification we do not hold — see our Security & Quality page for a plain statement of our position.

This website is intended for business users and job applicants. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and will update the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted.
