More qualified conversations for your sales team.
Give your sales team more time to close while Novatek handles research, outreach, qualification and follow-up — as a professional sales development function, not a call-blasting exercise.
Your closers are doing research at 9pm.
The people who are good at closing spend half their week building lists, chasing replies, rescheduling no-shows and updating records. None of that is closing.
Novatek runs the front of the funnel as its own discipline, with its own standards. The measure of success is not activity volume — it is whether the meetings that reach your calendar were worth taking.
What we will not do: guarantee revenue, promise a fixed number of meetings before we understand your market, or send anything on your behalf that you have not approved.
The front of your funnel, run properly.
Each element can be bought as part of a full SDR function or as a specific gap-filler.
- ICP research
- Defining and refining who is actually worth contacting, based on your closed-won data rather than a guess.
- B2B prospecting
- Building accurate, verified account and contact lists against that profile.
- Email outreach
- Sequences written for a segment and an account, approved by you, sent from your domain.
- Cold calling
- Conversation-led calling with researched context, not a script read at speed.
- Qualification
- Structured discovery against criteria you defined, so a "qualified" meeting means the same thing to both of us.
- Appointment setting
- Booking into your calendar with the context attached, plus reminder and no-show follow-up.
- Lead follow-up
- Working the "not now" pile on a schedule, which is where most pipeline is actually lost.
- CRM management
- Every activity logged to your fields so your pipeline reporting is real.
- Reporting & optimisation
- What is working by segment, message and channel — and what we are changing next.
Targeting first. Volume last.
Most offshore SDR programmes fail at the first two steps and then try to fix it with more activity.
Targeting
Build the ideal customer profile from your won deals, lost deals and best accounts. Agree who is explicitly out of scope.
Research
Research every account before contact: what they do, what changed recently, and why your offer is relevant now.
Prospecting
Identify and verify the right people. Verified contact data, not a purchased list with a 40% bounce rate.
Outreach
Multi-touch sequences across email and phone, written for the segment, approved by you before use.
Qualification
Structured discovery against your criteria. If it does not qualify, it does not go in your calendar.
Appointment setting
Booked with full context, confirmed, reminded, and followed up if it does not happen.
CRM handoff
Everything logged in your CRM in your structure, so the closer starts informed.
Reporting
Weekly reporting by segment, message and channel — including what is not working.
Optimisation
Messaging, targeting and channel mix adjusted on evidence, on a defined review cycle.
What separates this from spam.
Outbound has a bad reputation because most of it is done badly. These are the rules Novatek works to.
- Researched before contacted. No account is approached without a specific, current reason.
- Approved messaging only. You sign off every sequence and claim before it is sent.
- No fabricated urgency. No invented deadlines, fake referrals or misleading subject lines.
- Honest qualification. A meeting that will waste your closer's time is not booked to hit a number.
- Respect for opt-outs. Suppression is immediate and permanent across all channels.
- Compliance by market. Consent and contact rules of the market being approached are followed.
Definition of a qualified meeting
Agreed in writing before launch, so nobody argues about it later. A typical definition covers:
- The contact matches the agreed role and seniority.
- The account matches the agreed profile and market.
- A relevant problem or interest was stated by the prospect.
- Timing and decision process were discussed.
- The meeting was accepted and confirmed by the prospect.
Meetings that do not meet the definition are reported separately and not counted.
What we report on the funnel.
Activity metrics show effort. Outcome metrics show whether it worked. Novatek reports both, weekly.
| Metric | What it tells you | Reported |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts researched | Coverage of the target list. | Weekly |
| Touches delivered | Whether the sequence is actually being run. | Weekly, by channel |
| Reply and connect rate | Whether the message and list are landing. | Weekly, by segment |
| Qualified conversations | Conversations meeting the agreed definition. | Weekly |
| Meetings booked | Meetings accepted into your calendar. | Weekly |
| Meeting attendance rate | Whether booked meetings actually happen. | Weekly |
| Meeting-to-opportunity rate | Whether your closers judged them worth taking. | Monthly |
| CRM data completeness | Whether your pipeline data can be trusted. | Monthly |
Conversion beyond the meeting depends on your offer, pricing and sales process. We report the full funnel including the part we do not control, and adjust the part we do.
Where outbound engagements usually start.
Sales development gets bought when a specific part of the funnel is visibly failing.
- Closers are prospecting
- Your best salespeople spend more time building lists than in conversations.
- Inbound has plateaued
- Marketing works, but not fast enough, and there is no outbound motion at all.
- A new market to test
- You want to know whether a segment or geography responds before hiring into it.
- SDR hiring keeps failing
- You have hired, trained and lost SDRs twice, and the ramp cost is now the real problem.
- The follow-up pile
- Hundreds of "not right now" contacts that nobody has scheduled a return to.
- Event and campaign follow-up
- Lists from events go cold because there is no capacity to work them in the first week.

If the answer you need is not here, ask us directly — you will get a specific answer rather than a brochure.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does before seeing your market, offer and data. Novatek agrees activity commitments and quality standards up front, sets a target after a calibration period, and reports against it transparently.
The work starts with targeting and research rather than a dialler. Every account is researched before contact, outreach is written for that account, and a meeting only counts as qualified if it meets criteria you defined.
Yours, using email addresses and phone numbers on your domain where you permit it. Sequences, claims and positioning are approved by you before they are used.
It is handed to your closer with the research, the conversation history and the qualification notes, logged in your CRM to your fields. The team also runs the reminder and no-show follow-up so attendance does not depend on your calendar.
Outreach follows the rules of the market being contacted, including consent, suppression and opt-out handling. Suppression lists, do-not-contact records and any regional restrictions are agreed before the first send.
Who should your team be talking to?
Tell us your market, your offer and what a qualified meeting means to you. We will set out a targeting approach, the workflow and the weekly numbers.
