Know exactly what the next role requires.
The most common frustration in this industry is not knowing why someone else got promoted. Written criteria fix that. Here is how development works here.
What happens after you accept.
Nobody is put in front of a client's customers before they are assessed as ready. That is a client commitment, and it works in your favour too.
Week 1 — Company and account onboarding
How Novatek works, who does what, the account you are joining and the client’s business.
Weeks 1–2 — Product and process training
The client’s product or process in depth, the documented answers, and the systems you will work in.
Week 2 — Tone and standard calibration
Practice work scored against the real standard until the gap closes.
Week 3 — Assessment
A scored assessment against the exit standard. Not a formality — you go live when you pass it.
Weeks 3–4 — Shadowing and supported work
Watch live work, then handle it with a reviewer alongside you.
Weeks 4–12 — Live with weekly coaching
Full workload, weekly quality reviews, coaching actions and a documented 90-day review.
